Description:
HVAC Service & Installation Technician – Join a Growing Team Adversity Services is seeking an experienced HVAC Service & Installation Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is dependable, punctual, customer-focused, and committed to providing quality workmanship. This position will perform both service and installation work on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment
- Install HVAC systems and accessories
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers
- Complete job documentation and photos
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service and installation experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience servicing and installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and equipment specifications
- EPA Certification (Required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and varying weather conditions
- Smartphone proficiency for work orders, scheduling, and communication
- Commitment to integrity, quality workmanship, and teamwork
- NATE Certification
- Experience with residential and light commercial systems
- Experience with ductwork fabrication and installation
- Leadership or training experience
- Sales and recommendation experience
