Analyze mechanical and operational problems on assigned equipment and plan for and take corrective action;
Perform routine preventive maintenance duties that include machine lubrication, belt changes, and equipment inspections to minimize repair costs and prevent equipment failures;
Direct other Maintenance Technicians as needed;
Open clogged drains, fix leaks, and perform other simple plumbing jobs;
Assist with basic landscaping work as needed to include pulling of weeds and brush, snow removal, salting of walkways, and other unskilled yard work
