• Install, assemble, and service commercial and industrial refrigeration systems, including copper line sets.
• Assist in building and installing equipment used in HVAC/R applications.
• Identify potential maintenance issues, risks, and safety concerns.
• Work collaboratively with team members and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Install flex duct and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial settings.
• Install HVAC equipment in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Apply knowledge of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
• Safely operate hand and power tools relevant to the trade.
• Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly maintained and in safe working condition.
• Communicate effectively with customers before, during, and after service work.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations.
• Adhere to all job site safety requirements and customer guidelines.
• This is a safety‑sensitive position.

• Working knowledge of HVAC/R systems, tools, materials, and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed for projects.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or maneuver heavy materials (with assistance or equipment as needed).
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Solid understanding of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating principles.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow established procedures.
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven work environment.
• Capable of working independently while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Valid Class E driver’s license preferred.
• OSHA certification preferred; required within 60 days of employment.

$18 - $30 hourly, DOE.
