Description
Journeyman Electrician – Join a Growing Team. Adversity Services is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician who is a strong leader, dependable, punctual, and committed to doing the job right. We are looking for someone with integrity who wants to help build and lead an up‑and‑coming electrical division.
What We Offer- $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)

Valid Journeyman Electrician License
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to supervise apprentices and lead small crews
Experience troubleshooting residential and commercial electrical systems
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings
Knowledge of current NEC codes and electrical safety standards
Experience installing, servicing, and repairing electrical systems and equipment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Professional appearance and customer service skills
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawlspaces, ladders, and varying weather conditions
Smartphone proficiency for work orders, scheduling, and communication
Commitment to integrity, quality workmanship, and teamwork
Preferred:
Master Electrician License or desire to obtain one
Preferred:
Experience in service work and troubleshooting
Preferred:
Experience with commercial electrical projects
Preferred:
Experience estimating and selling electrical repairs or upgrades
Preferred:
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
