We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position will be responsible for ensuring the facility's buildings, equipment, and systems are properly maintained. Responsibilities include performing a wide range of repairs and upgrades, including general handyman work, plumbing repair, installation, and assembly of various things. Record keeping of stock and supplies, performing preventative maintenance, identifying safety concerns and coordinating corrections, maintaining good housekeeping and organization, maintaining a schedule for maintenance projects with assistance from the operations coordinator, traveling to both office locations depending on the tasks required, and may include tasks like snow removal and other general upkeep duties.
This position is safety sensitive.
Benefits include 5+ years of maintenance experience, experience in mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, building, and equipment maintenance, OSHA 10 certification, highly preferred, Class E driver's license, highly preferred, handyman experience highly preferred, forklift certification is a plus, ability to travel occasionally when necessary, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent time management and planning abilities, ability to recognize safety concerns, ability to handle physical workload, proficiency with different tools and equipment.
