Commercial Electrician – Modular Construction (Day or Night Shift)

Full-Time

• 1st Shift (Day): $18.00/hour
• 2nd Shift (Night): $18.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential = $20.00/hour total
• Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)
• Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)

Join Our Team at Creative Modular Construction (CMC). CMC is seeking skilled Commercial Electricians to support the construction of high-quality modular commercial buildings, including kitchens, bathrooms, gas stations, and other commercial facilities. This role focuses on professional‑grade electrical installations in a controlled, indoor production environment.

• Install commercial electrical systems, fixtures, lighting, and panels.
• Run MC cable through metal studs and commercial framing systems.
• Install outlets, switches, lighting, and specialty fixtures.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Perform work in kitchens, bathrooms, gas stations, and other commercial spaces.
• Follow OSHA safety standards.
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless build progression.

• Experience in commercial electrical construction preferred.
• Familiarity with MC cable, metal studs, and commercial installations.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
