Installation Technician

• Lead a team of experienced and new-to-industry construction installers
• Work directly with internal and external clients including District Managers, Installation Managers, Project Managers, Client Managers, and members of the Sales Team
• Operate heavy equipment: use construction machinery to dig ditches and install various tanks and other fueling equipment
• Perform construction tasks such as busting and re-pouring concrete, framing, mixing, pipe fitting, and finishing
• Install and repair petroleum equipment: underground and above ground storage tanks, gas dispensers, fuel monitoring systems, pumps, and product piping systems

• UST/AST Certification (required)
• Previous leadership experience running a construction crew in the petroleum fueling industry
• Previous petroleum equipment installation experience (underground storage tanks, above ground storage tanks, piping, spill buckets, dispenser installs, etc.)
• Proficiency with hand/power/pneumatic tools such as saws, shovels, rakes, etc.
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move 75–100 pounds while performing necessary duties
• Work flexible hours and outside in all types of weather
• Work independently and as a member of a team
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, and supervisors)
• Pass pre-employment testing: drug screen, background check, physical, and MVR check
• High school diploma or GED (required)
