As a Maintenance Technician at our manufacturing facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities. This hands-on position requires skill in industrial maintenance, HVAC/R, machining, mechanical troubleshooting, and repair. Our company values teamwork, customer service, and precision in all aspects of our operations.

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment in the manufacturing facility
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, including high-voltage systems and precision measuring instruments
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and address them promptly
• Collaborate with team members to optimize maintenance schedules and minimize downtime
• Use logic controllers to program and adjust equipment settings as needed
• Maintain hydraulic systems and ensure their proper functioning
• Use welding skills for repairs and fabrication tasks
• Perform machining tasks as needed to support equipment repairs and maintenance

• Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in HVAC/R system maintenance
• Strong customer service skills when interacting with internal teams and vendors
• Knowledge of high-voltage systems and safety protocols
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments
• Ability to work with logic controllers for equipment programming and adjustments
• Understanding of hydraulic systems and their maintenance requirements
• Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
• Welding skills for fabrication tasks
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Must pass a background check

• Monday – Friday, 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM
• Must be available to train on first shift for 4-6 weeks
• Overtime and after-hours support as needed
• Pay starting at $20/hour based on experience
• Major holidays off
