Pay Rate$16 - $16 / hour*
Key Responsibilities- Remove debris, trash, and construction materials from job sites
- Sweep, mop, and maintain clean work areas
- Assist with organizing tools and materials
- Ensure walkways and working areas are free of hazards
- Follow safety guidelines and wear protective equipment
Shift timings - All Available
Qualifications- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready
- No formal education required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus
- Next-day pay for many of our open positions
- The choice of long‑term positions for steady work or short‑term positions for extra cash
