Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? B&B is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Residential Electrical Maintenance Technician (3-4 Year Apprentice) to join our growing Electrical Team. This is an excellent opportunity for an apprentice electrician who is looking to continue developing their skills alongside experienced professionals while building a long-term career.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00+/Hour (based on experience)

• 3-4 years of electrical apprenticeship experience required
• Residential service and maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Active Apprentice Electrician registration/license (as required by state or local regulations)

• Perform residential electrical service, maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting under the guidance of licensed electricians as needed
• Diagnose common residential electrical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
• Assist with the installation, repair, and replacement of electrical wiring, outlets, switches, fixtures, panels, and related equipment
• Conduct electrical safety inspections and preventative maintenance
• Ensure work is completed in compliance with local codes and company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service while educating homeowners on electrical system needs and recommendations
• Complete all required paperwork and job documentation accurately
