- Perform scheduled servicing, repair, and recharging of hand portable fire extinguishers, wheeled units, and kitchen suppression cylinders.
- Perform hydrostatic testing and repair of fire hoses.
- Assist on‑road technicians with a variety of required work.
- Perform deliveries/pickup at customer locations and suppliers where required.
- Pick orders to prepare for shipping.
- Receive and put stock away in designated areas.
- Maintain general cleanliness throughout the shop and work area.
- Repair service equipment where required.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background check.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
- Self‑starter, able to work with little to no supervision.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, and quick learning ability.
Hourly rate: $16.44 – $22.59, commensurate with experience, education, and market data. This role includes a competitive benefits package.
