Framer – Modular Construction (Day or Night Shift)

Location:

Springfield, MO

Pay: $18.00/hour (1st Shift) or $20.00/hour (2nd Shift with shift differential)

Schedules:

• Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)

• Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)

Join Our Team at Creative Modular Construction (CMC)

CMC is seeking commercial framers experienced with metal prefabricated studs to construct modular commercial structures.

• Frame walls, ceilings, and structures using metal prefab studs
• Assemble commercial modular units and building shells
• Read and follow framing blueprints and layouts
• Ensure structural accuracy and quality standards
• Work closely with plumbing and electrical teams

• Experience with metal stud framing preferred
• Commercial or modular construction experience a plus
• Blueprint reading skills
• Physical ability to work in a production environment
