• Basic disassembly, washing, and assembly of parts.
• Operation of semi‑automatic equipment such as pedestal buffers, hand buffers, wash machines, and ultrasound washers.
• Handle parts and tools safely.
• Proper use of power and manual tools (impact wrenches, drills, EZ Outs, hand tools).
• Understand and comply with all quality and safety rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures.

• Technical Capacity
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.
  • Knowledge of generally accepted best practices and theory.
  • Good mechanical skills.
  • Knowledge of shop use of measuring devices.
  • Ability to complete disassembly process without destroying parts.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The employee is regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

The anticipated wage scale for candidates who work in Springfield, MO is $19 per hour. Final pay will depend on factors such as experience and education. Employees are eligible to enroll in group health‑care plans (medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance) and in the company’s 401(k) plan. Employees also receive 80 hours of vacation leave, 10 paid holidays, 2 personal holidays, and 6 weeks of paid parental leave.
