POSITION SUMMARY:
- Cover Powerhouse 1st shift, monitoring temperatures throughout the building. Respond to Hot and Cold calls. Make adjustments to HVAC equipment.
- Perform repairs and PM's on HVAC equipment around the complex.
- Service non-HVAC equipment like air compressors, floor scrubbers, etc.
- Perform new installation of evaporative systems, ductwork, and diffusers for remodels.
- Monitor and make changes to the Niagara control system.
- Log work orders into the Track It System or complete paperwork for work orders.
- Minimum 1 - 2 years experience
- Any vocational classes would be a plus
- Heavy lifting up to 70 pounds
