Package: $35 to $45 per hour + overtime + company truck + tools + benefits

Kane Selection Ltd is representing one of the largest material processing equipment dealerships in the United States.

The business is internationally recognised for its crushing, screening and environmental equipment offering and is continuing to expand its service operation across the Midwest.

Our client is now hiring three Field Service Technicians to provide on-site service and repair support across Missouri and Southern Illinois.

This is a field-based service role covering an active customer territory.

You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, completing repairs and keeping customer equipment running across quarrying, aggregates, construction and material processing sites.

Previous crushing and screening experience is not essential.

If you already have hands-on experience working with heavy equipment and are confident diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults, the dealer can provide the product training needed to specialise in crushing and screening equipment.

You will:

• Provide on-site diagnostics, maintenance and repair support
• Work on crushers, screens, conveyors and associated equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
• Respond to breakdowns and help minimise customer downtime
• Build strong customer relationships through reliable service and communication
• Travel to customer sites throughout your assigned territory
• Work closely with internal service and parts teams to complete repairs efficiently

We are looking for someone with:

• At least one year of hands-on experience with aggregate, construction, agricultural or other heavy equipment
• Strong diagnostic ability across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
• The ability to troubleshoot faults and complete repairs independently
• A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
• Confidence working independently in a field-based environment
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
• A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
• No CDL requirement
• MSHA certification, or willingness to obtain it with training provided
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Experience with crushers and screens would be advantageous, but is not required.

• Perform planned maintenance and repairs at customer sites
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults
• Troubleshoot engines and associated equipment systems
• Respond to breakdowns and minimise equipment downtime
• Complete accurate service reports and maintenance records
• Communicate clearly with customers, service management and parts teams
• Follow company and site safety procedures
• Ensure repairs are completed to the required quality standard
