** What You’ll Do
*** Provide individual, group, and family therapy to students in a school setting
* Support students’ emotional and behavioral health to improve academic success
* Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
* Respond to crisis situations and provide immediate support when needed
* Collaborate with school staff, families, and community resources
* Participate in case staffing and treatment planning
* Serve as a liaison to ensure coordinated care for students and families##
** What You Bring
*** Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
* Licensed or provisionally licensed in Missouri (
** or working toward licensure**) as: PLPC, LMSW, PLMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMFT
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Passion for working with children, families, and schools
** Preferred:
*** Experience providing individual, group, or family therapy
* Experience in school-based or community mental health settings##
