BJC Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time Community Outreach Case Worker (14 hours per week) to assist clients in the community by linking them to housing, food, and other resources. You will work daily out in the community, meeting clients face-to-face in homes and community settings, with a daytime shift and no on-call, nights, or weekends.
Applicants should connect with clients in person regularly and may have a caseload that varies.
