Cornerstones of Care seeks an IIS IFRS Specialist to work intensively in families’ homes, teaching problem-solving, parenting, budgeting, and life skills. The role covers Macon and Shelby counties from Macon City, with 2-3 ongoing cases per family and weekly hours of 8–10 across 4–6 weeks (IIS) or 8–12 weeks (IFRS).
