Foster Care Case ManagerFull Time MO - Springfield, Springfield, MO, US
Salary Range: $43,500.00 To $46,000.00 Annually
KVC Missouri Community-Based Services – Foster Care Case ManagementLocation: Springfield, MO and surrounding communities
Work Schedule: Primarily field-based work, with 1-3 days in office for supervision and meetings.
Pay:$43,888–$46,000 annually, based on education and relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Education, or another related human services field preferred.
Prior case management or child welfare experience is not required. We provide comprehensive training, hands‑on support, ongoing supervision, mentoring, and supportive leadership to help you succeed in the role.

This position is a strong fit for someone who is looking to start or build a career in social work, child welfare, or human services and wants meaningful, hands‑on experience working with children and families.
You may be a recent bachelor's degree graduate, someone transitioning into the human services field, or someone with experience working with people who is ready to take the next step in their career.
A bachelor's degree is required.
Experience working with children, families, schools, behavioral health, community programs, advocacy, crisis situations, or other human services settings is a plus
