• Design, architect, and productize proof-of-concepts for data management solutions
• Lead product roadmap discussions and high-impact product initiatives
• Mentor and guide junior and experienced team members on software development practices

• Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery, including design, implementation, and release documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 6+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of systems, multi-threading, databases, networks, and distributed computing
• Proven experience in driving initiatives from inception to production
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, and frameworks like Hibernate and Spring
• Expert-level knowledge of JVM, multi-threading, and garbage collection internals

• Experience with 'data-center scale' computing and microservices
• Familiarity with JSON, RESTful web services, and client-server interactions
• Proven record of collaboration with technical stakeholders across organizations
