Do you have strong customer service experience, with the ability to lead and model service in a fast-paced environment? Are you passionate about golf? The Springfield-Greene County Parks department has a Golf Pro Shop Assistant position that assists with the pro shop operations, programs and activities. Bill and Payne Stewar, Horton Smith, and Rivercut golf courses each have Golf Pro Shop Assistants, and we are currently hiring for a position at Bill and Payne Stewar.
This entry-level position is a great way to gain experience, knowledge and skills in award-winning municipal golf courses, while earning top-notch benefits.
What you'll do:- Assist in the operations including food and beverage services, carts, and merchandising.
- Assist with events, tournaments and leagues - we have lots!
- Utilize a point-of-sale system.
- Passion for providing the best customer experience possible.
- Reliability - we trust our staff to open and close, and work independently at times.
