OTF is looking for Fitness Coaches to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts.
Orange theory Fitness Coaches are the center of what makes Orange theory Fitness the best workout in the world. You will be responsible for delivering our workouts to an outstanding standard and navigating the entire class experience from start to finish to suit all fitness levels. You will constantly motivate our members to succeed and ensure the member experience is one‑of‑a‑kind, every time.

• Compensation: Listed pay of $25 and up per session for certified personal trainers.

• Lead and motivate members through pre‑defined workouts
• Help members set and achieve goals
• Make sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they aren’t
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart‑rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing
• Know how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
• Be a team player

• No degree is needed. We do require, you hold and maintain, a national fitness certification (NASM, ACE, NCSF, ACSM, NSCA
  -must be NCCA accredited) and current CPR/AED certification.
• We’re looking for individuals who can genuinely connect with and motivate others.

• Orange theory is a 1‑hour, full‑body heart rate zone and strength training workout that delivers a more personalized experience in a group setting. Designed to be effective and efficient, our workout classes boost metabolism, burn fat and calories, build strength and confidence, and improve overall fitness.
