Shepherd Oil Company is an established carrier operating more than 60 trucks across multiple states. Our drivers are an integral part of the company. Trucks are parked in Springfield, MO. Days off are by seniority, with new hire days off typically during the week (Tue/Wed or Wed/Thu).

• Average $70,000 - $90,000 annually
• $6,000 total yearly safety bonus, paid monthly
• Paid training at full rate of pay
• Hourly pay with overtime expected each week at time-and-a-half
