• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.
• Operate all delivery equipment and maintain the vehicle.
• Stock ingredients, deliver products, and prepare orders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating verbally and via telephone.
• Perform basic math—add, subtract, multiply, divide, and handle monetary change accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

On‑job orientation and training are provided to ensure all store team members are equipped to handle their responsibilities.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions, including extreme heat (up to 90°F) and cold (down to 36°F).
• Work in confined spaces such as walk‑in coolers and cramped quarters.
• Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust.
• Potential contact with hot surfaces and sharp edges.
• Use of ladders, stairways, and multi‑story buildings.
• Ability to handle manual handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
• Requirements include walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and using tools like pizza peel, rolling cutter, and pizza cutter.

• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
• Deliver multiple orders per shift, traveling between the store and delivery vehicle.
• Climb up to five flights of stairs during delivery.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds, including cases of ingredients and supplies.
• Operate hand trucks and dollies for bulk product deliveries.
• Perform repetitive tasks such as shaping dough, handling pizza boxes, and answering phones.

• Deliver product by car, bringing pizzas to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers as part of marketing efforts.
