This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Driver Manager/Load Planner based in Greater St. Louis. The Driver Manager/Load Planner will be responsible for overseeing daily driver operations, planning driver schedules and routes, and efficiently managing loads for timely deliveries. Core duties include coordinating logistics, maintaining communication with drivers, ensuring compliance with regulations, addressing customer needs, and optimizing operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Strong analytical and planning skills to ensure efficient load and route management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with drivers and customers
• Customer service expertise to address customer concerns and maintain satisfaction
• Understanding of supply chain management principles and logistics operations
• Proficiency with relevant logistics and transportation software tools
• Detail‑oriented approach and ability to problem‑solve in fast‑paced environments
• Experience in the trucking or logistics industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
