You must be 18 years of age or older.

• Have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards and access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Standing most tasks; walking short distances.
• Carrying: pizzas, beverages, and other deliveries while walking and climbing.
• Driving: deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area; may make several deliveries per shift.
• Climbing: navigate five or more flights of stairs; occasional ladders for maintenance.
• Lifting: cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds; loading from floor and stacking onto shelves up to 72 high.
• Carrying: large cans (3 lb, 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), trays of dough (12 lb per tray).
• Pushing: trays on dollies (~24–30 lb) requiring up to 7.5 lb of force; trays may also be pulled.
• Bending, stooping, squatting: forward bending at waist at assembly station and front counter; reaching above 72 inches; performing tasks such as scooping cornmeal, washing dishes, and answering phones.
• Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination essential; continuous use of hands; shaping dough; manipulating pizza peel and cutter; pinching for cardboard boxes; grasping cans, phones, cuts, and pizza peel.

• Deliver product by car to customer door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle usable for delivery.
