With hands-on training from a certified mentor and competitive solo pay, you’ll gain the experience you need to build a successful OTR driving career.

• Hands-On Training Program
  : 4–6 weeks with a certified mentor; daily pay and schedules based on dedicated accounts availability
• Paid Orientation & Training with Student Pay Increase
• Weekly Solo Pay
  : $1,300–$1,500 on average
• Home Time
  :
  Every 2 weeks (weekly or daily based on dedicated accounts availability)
• Long-Term Career Path with ongoing support

• Valid Class A CDL
• Must have completed a 120-hour CDL school
• Must pass a road test and drug screen at orientation
• No recent major moving violations
• No recent terminations within the past 6 months
