J&R Schugel’s team driver program focuses on partnership and performance, offering drivers the opportunity to earn higher compensation through shared routes and a supportive driver‑first culture.
Pay & Mileage- $0.75–$0.90 CPM
- $2,500 sign‑on bonus per driver
- Teams average 5,000–5,500+ miles per week
- $250 orientation pay + $1,000 vacation pay per teammate
- Annual compensation reviews
- Unlimited referral incentives: $2,000 per hired driver
- Detention, layover & stop pay
- 2023+ trucks equipped with APU or idle‑smart, inverter & automatic transmission
- 100% no‑touch freight
- No forced NYC dispatch

- Valid CDL‑A
- Minimum age: 21
