CDL A Drivers $2190/WK for Dedicated Acct Home Weekly (Full Time)

Class A drivers (with one‑year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for the guarantee of a salary, extra pay per shipment, and great benefits while getting home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year.

These deliveries are 100% touch (freight is preloaded and trailer is hook and go). A driver’s average pay is $2190/WK with deliveries running the Midwest and Southeast. All benefits start after 60 days and the driver will have 3‑5 days of training on the account after which the driver can have a rider and a pet.

• Drivers will pick up loads at DC just in IA; trailers will be preloaded, and drivers will hook and go.
• Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215/Day and then paid $300 for every trailer that is unloaded. Drivers average about 900‑1200 miles per week and complete three loads.
• Drivers will make between 2‑4 stops per trailer. Deliveries are made by the driver putting boxes that weigh between 1‑35 LBS on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel will take it from there as drivers do not do inventory or merchandising; they only unload the truck.
• When the driver takes their 34‑hour reset at home many times they will still be on a load. When their week starts, they will finish the deliveries then head back to DC for the next load.
• Company pays for transportation, hotel and meals for transportation and drivers are paid $85/Day for orientation.
• Training on the account is generally 3‑5 days and is paid at $215/Day. After training driver may have a rider and a pet.
• Full benefits start after 60 days and include medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, and more.

• Must live in any of the following states and areas:
  • AR, IL, MO, IA, MN, ND, SD, NE, KS
  • Within 200 miles of Memphis, TN
  • Within 200 miles of Marquette, MI
  • Either 200 miles east or north of Shreveport, LA
  • Either 200 miles west or north of Jackson, MS
• Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience. Experience can be local, regional, or OTR.
• CDL must be in the state of current residence when you apply.
• May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
• May have two DOT‑recordable accidents in the last three years except for the following which you may not have in the last three years:
  • None with a major traffic violation
  • Preventable rear‑end
  • No rollovers
• Cannot have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason. Company goes off what employer states on the verification.
• You may have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years but none in a commercial vehicle:
  • 15+
  • Reckless
  • Following too closely
  • Texting or using handheld device
