Job : | Services LLC
This full‑time Driver Trainer position requires in‑role training at an operating site which will be 5+ weeks in duration. This training will be located 50+ miles away from the home site location, and all travel accommodations for the training will be booked and paid for by Amazon. Since opening our "virtual" doors in 1995, we have been pushing the boundaries of what is possible, and our entire business works hard to delight our customers from the moment an order is placed online to the seamless coordination of that order behind the scenes.
Our core Leadership Principle of Bias for Action means that our teams band together, roll up their sleeves, and aren’t content with standing still; we aim to become the most customer‑centric company on Earth.
Rural Super Rural (RSR) is an exciting Amazon organization dedicated to ensuring our customers receive their deliveries and are satisfied with their service, even in our most remote areas. RSR combines operations and support teams aligned to continually innovate the last mile delivery process while bringing smiles to customers' faces.
Amazon is seeking self‑motivated Driver Trainers to join our team and help build a network of customer‑centric Delivery Associates in the communities where we operate. As a Driver Trainer, you have a passion for mentoring others; you are comfortable teaching and guiding conversations in large groups; and you believe in hands‑on training and conducting drive‑alongs with Delivery Associates to instill safe practices.
As a Driver Trainer, you establish the right driver training culture in your delivery station, set up the training experience, and independently instruct training sessions. You educate Delivery Associates on foundational safety, quality, and productivity aspects that are key to their daily routine, adapt to different learning styles, and take a hands‑on approach to demonstrate what good looks like. You exhibit Learn and Be Curious by answering all queries from Delivery Associates and finding answers when you are unsure.
