You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift – cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, expecting the same from your crew.

• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, image and adherence to standards, advertising, profitability.
• Excellent customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing and maintaining a perfect image.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36 to over 90 degrees in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Standing: Most tasks performed from a standing position, walking short distances.
• Sitting: Paperwork usually completed in an office at a desk or table.
• Lifting: Bulk product deliveries made twice a week or more, unloaded by hand truck, cases up to 50 pounds and 3' x 1.5', items stacked up to 72 high.
• Carrying: Large cans (3 lb 7 oz) from workstation to storage shelves; pizza sauce (30 lb) from storage to front of store; trays of pizza dough (12 lb each) carried three at a time.
• Pushing/Pulling: Trays on dollies (24–30) requiring up to 7.5 pounds force.
• Climbing: Infrequent navigation of stairs or climbing a ladder to change prices or perform maintenance.

• Stooping/Bending: Forward bending at the waist at pizza assembly station; up to 30–45 seconds per position repeatedly during the day.
• Crouching/Squatting: Occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching: Continuous up, down, forward; above 72 inches occasionally for oven controls and price sign changes.
• Hand Tasks: Eye‑hand coordination essential; frequent use of forearms and wrists for shaping dough and using cutting tools.

Machines, Tools, Equipment, Work Aids – Team Members may be required to utilize pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter and pizza peel.

• Deliver product by car to door of customer.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• Navigation skills to read a map and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing duties.
• Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area; several deliveries per shift.
• Travel between store and delivery vehicle and from vehicle to customer location.
• Navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery of product.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving and couponing.
• Far vision and night vision required for driving.
