Albany Trucking is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for regional no-touch freight operations offering reliable scheduling, consistent miles, and competitive weekly earnings.

Drivers primarily operate throughout the Midwest and east of I-35, with additional freight occasionally covering other areas as needed. Home time is weekly, and there is no forced dispatch into NYC or the five boroughs.

Freight is routed through established regional lanes to support efficient trip planning, dependable mileage, and steady movement throughout the week. Drivers receive consistent communication from dispatch to help keep deliveries on schedule.

Position Overview

• Earn $1,450 to $1,650 per week
• Home weekly with consistent scheduling
• Run east of I-35 with no NYC routes
• Full benefits package including medical, PTO, and 401(k) with company match
• No-touch freight with planned dispatch support

Equipment

Drivers primarily operate 2021–2024 Peterbilt 579 Ultra lofts equipped with APUs, refrigerators, and power inverters for added comfort. Trucks are governed at 70 MPH and feature outward-facing cameras only. Albany Trucking provides well-maintained equipment designed for comfort and dependable performance on the road.

Driver Orientation

Orientation lasts three days, with classes beginning Monday or Wednesday. Transportation, hotel accommodations, and meals are provided. Drivers receive $375 in orientation pay before being assigned their truck and first load. The program covers company procedures, dispatch expectations, and daily operations before drivers begin running freight.
