CDL-A Truck Drivers Home Weekends $1900-$2200+/Week (Full Time)
Class A CDL Truck Drivers with 3 months verifiable Class A experience (local, regional, OTR—CAN NOT be yard jockey, with trainer or school) can earn $1900-$2200 per week while getting home every week. Drivers also receive a $2,000 sign‑on bonus and full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO.
- Pay breakdown:
Starting at $.70-$.80 CPM with raises every six months. Earn $25 per stop and $240 per trailer unload, with an average weekly pay of $1900 and top drivers earning over $2200 per week. - Home time:
Be home weekly and on weekends 80% of the time. - Sign‑on bonus: $2,000 paid in installments—$500 after the first load, $500 after 30 days, and $1,000 after 60 days.
- Touch freight: 100% touch freight with lightweight boxes (1–18 lbs) on a conveyor belt—no inventory, stocking, or store‑entry required.
- Modern equipment:
Drive Freightliner and International trucks with automatic transmissions and APUs. - Paid training:
Five days of paid training at $150 per day. - Benefits: PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k) available after 30 days.
- Rider & pet policy:
Bring your rider and pet after completing training.
- Minimum 3 months Class A driving experience in the last three years (local, regional, or OTR; 40’ trailer; excludes trainer/school time).
- No more than two moving violations in the last two years.
- No major moving violations in the last 12 months.
- No major at‑fault CMV accidents in the last five years, including any accident that resulted in an injury, jack‑knife, or rollover.
- No more than one minor preventable CMV roadway accident in the last two years.
- No more than three preventable CMV private‑property/yard accidents in the last two years.
- No more than a total of three major or minor accidents in the last two years.
- No more than three jobs in the last year.
- Safety termination candidates must demonstrate six months of safe driving with another carrier before consideration.
