Position Overview:

We are actively recruiting qualified delivery drivers for our store. The role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for advancement, and the possibility of further growth in management or franchise ownership.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to and ownership of an insured, reliable vehicle capable of delivery.
• Ability to navigate routes efficiently, including multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.
• Capable of loading, transporting, and unloading pizzas, beverage cases up to 50 lb, and other supplies.
• Proficient with basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) and making accurate monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for taking and processing orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch‑screen system.
• Motor coordination for manipulating delivery equipment and handling food items quickly and accurately.
• Physical capability to walk, climb stairs (up to five flights), stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lb repeatedly.

• Walking and maneuvering between store and vehicle.
• Climbing up to five flights of stairs while carrying deliveries.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Lifting and carrying products up to 50 lb; maneuvering cases and trays.
• Operating equipment such as hand trucks, dollies, and delivery carts.
• Performing repetitive reaching, bending, and stooping tasks near storage and preparation areas.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions during delivery.
• Temperature fluctuations between 36 °F (cooler) and over 90 °F in store areas.
• Fumes from food, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 °F.
• Operations in cramped spaces including walk‑in coolers.
