Role

Full‑time Fed Ex Delivery Route Driver operating out of Rolla, MO, responsible for local deliveries to residences and businesses in Washington, MO area.

• Operate step vans and box trucks provided by the employer, no CDL required.
• Pick up and deliver packages, ensuring all packages are scanned, logged, and successfully delivered within designated windows.
• Load and unload packages, get in and out of the truck repeatedly, and handle packages weighing up to 150 lbs with hand carts.
• Maintain safety standards and company values such as integrity, service, and attendance.
• Arrive at the terminal to collect vehicles and packages, and perform necessary safety and operational procedures.

• Must pass drug testing (including marijuana and CBD products), DOT physical, and background check.
• Clean motor vehicle record and valid Class E license or ability to obtain one.
• Applicants must be 21 or older and reside within 30 minutes of the terminal.
• Physically capable of manipulating heavy packages; attention to safety and detail required.

• Weekly pay of $700-$775, with potential raises based on safety and performance.
• $300 monthly bonus, paid training, and company‑provided uniforms.
• Health, dental, vision, and life insurance after 60 days.
• Paid vacation and holiday pay, with a 6‑day workweek during holiday season and possible Sundays.
