We are hiring! $18.00 per hour plus $2,000 sign on bonus!
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused driver to join our team and support local and regional deliveries. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a box truck to transport goods efficiently, professionally, and in compliance with all traffic and safety regulations. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering excellent service, maintaining accurate records, and representing the company with professionalism at every stop.
Responsibilities- Operate a box truck safely and responsibly for scheduled pickups and deliveries.
- Load, unload, and secure freight to prevent damage during transit.
- Follow assigned routes, delivery instructions, and timelines.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and related documentation as required.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
- Comply with all applicable traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Provide courteous and reliable service to customers at delivery locations.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Experience operating a box truck or similar commercial vehicle preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items as required by the role.
- Strong attention to safety, detail, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions accurately.
- Basic communication and recordkeeping skills.
- Knowledge of local and regional roadways.
- Experience with delivery routes, freight handling, or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation and mobile delivery tools.
- Customer service experience in a delivery or transportation setting.
