CompensationTeam drivers can earn up to $105,000+ per driver and get home weekly. Sign‑on bonus of $5,000 per driver is offered.
Benefits- 3 weeks paid vacation + 12 paid holidays + 5 days PTO
- $2,500+ weekly average per driver – paid for mileage, plus hourly for loading, unloading, fueling, etc.; quarterly bonuses
- $5,000 sign‑on bonus per driver
- Frequent home time – get home more often
- Private fleet – 100% of loads originate from terminal, return empty
- Full health benefits starting the 1st of the month following start date
- 401(k) match
- Class A CDL – Minimum of 12 months experience
- Tanker and Hazmat endorsement (or willingness to obtain endorsements)
- Safety‑focused individual
- Good driving record
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player
