Clark's White Glove Delivery is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Lead for our growing Kansas City operation.

For more than 25 years, Clark's White Glove Delivery has been a trusted leader in white glove furniture delivery, warehousing, and logistics throughout the Midwest. We partner with high-end furniture retailers, interior designers, and national brands to provide exceptional service and customer experiences.

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and help oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with furniture, warehousing, or logistics experience who is looking to grow their career with a stable and expanding company.

• Assist with the day-to-day management of warehouse operations
• Oversee receiving, inspection, inventory control, and storage of furniture and home furnishings
• Ensure freight is accurately received, processed, and staged for delivery
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Support and lead warehouse personnel to ensure operational efficiency
  
  Coordinate with office staff, drivers, and management teams
• Help identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records

• Previous furniture, warehousing, logistics, or distribution experience required
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move furniture safely
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
