Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support the Rental Division. Loader/Unloaders drive company trucks to designated areas for unloading of soiled products and then load clean uniforms, floor mats, and additional customer products onto trucks according to customer routes. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of the work area and meeting or exceeding quantity and quality standards for products loaded and unloaded.
Responsibilities- Drive company trucks to designated unloading areas.
- Unload soiled products from trucks.
- Load clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products onto trucks based on assigned routes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet or exceed standards for quantity and quality of products.
- Work Eligibility
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Work Expectations

- Willing to work in a safe proximity to others for extended periods.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, schedule‑driven environment.
- Accept exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements.
- Handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors with appropriate protective equipment.
- Stand for most of the shift.
- Stretch, bend, squat, stoop, turn, and reach as required.
- Perform lifting or moving of materials for most of the shift.
