Small Shipping Specialist MO

Location: Springfield, MO Pay:$17-$20/hour Schedule: F/T Start Date: ASAP

This full-time, first-shift role (with rotating Saturdays) puts you at the heart of our operation – helping ensure customers receive the top-tier service Grizzly is known for.

• Pick and pack orders with speed and accuracy
• Prepare shipments and verify order details
• Assist showroom customers by picking items, confirming accuracy, and loading purchases
• Load items into customer vehicles safely
• Stock and organize incoming inventory
• Use forklifts, ladders, RF scanners, and warehouse software
• Support special projects such as racking assembly, workflow improvements, and stock organization
• Collaborate with various departments

• Ability to lift 70 lbs. unassisted and stay active throughout the day
• Strong attention to detail, especially when verifying orders and stocking inventory
• A team-orientated attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to following established procedures
• A friendly, customer-focused demeanor when assisting showroom visitors

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift, shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
• Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required
