Warehouse Selector

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Selector to support our Food & Beverage Operations in the Warehouse & Manufacturing department. In this fast-paced, safety-first role, you will accurately select, build, and load customer orders using pallet jacks and RF technology, ensuring product quality and on-time delivery. You'll follow food safety standards, maintain an organized work area, and meet performance goals while working as part of a customer-focused, performance-driven team with opportunities for growth and skills development across our nationwide distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and build customer orders for food and beverage products using pick tickets and RF scanners
• Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely in a high-volume warehouse
• Stage, wrap, and load pallets to ensure secure, on-time deliveries to customers
• Follow all food safety, quality, and FIFO rotation standards within the warehouse and manufacturing areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment, reporting hazards and issues promptly
• Meet performance, accuracy, and productivity goals while supporting a team-focused culture
• Assist with inventory counts, product verification, and resolving order discrepancies
• Collaborate with supervisors, drivers, and team members to support efficient distribution operations
