Job Description
Employment Solutions is currently seeking a dependable Mailroom Specialist to assist a busy insurance company located in Springfield, Ohio area. Ideal candidate will be organized, and team oriented.
Schedule: Full‑Time | Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Job Summary:
The Mail Services Specialist supports daily mail operations by preparing, sorting, scanning, and processing electronic and physical mail. This role is low stress but can be fast‑paced depending on mail volume. Ideal for candidates who prefer evening or night shifts and enjoy routine, detail‑oriented work.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process incoming electronic mail (E‑Prep/FTP)
- Sort and organize mail for associates
- Operate mail‑opening and scanning equipment
- Feed documents into scanning machines and complete manual paperwork
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and good hand‑eye coordination
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in a team environment
Dress Code: Jeans and tennis shoes allowed (no printed T‑shirts)
