The position of Deputy Clerk is responsible for helping with the operations of the Clerk of Courts Legal and Title Office. It will also require answering questions, emails, phone calls, typing, processing and filing all filings, forms, reporting, and documents necessary for operations of the Departments. The Deputy Clerk will serve as a contact person to the public, attorneys and other government offices, and perform clerical functions and related tasks.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
• Money handling and data entry
• Demonstrate professionalism
• Ability to foster and work in a cooperative team environment
