Bruns Construction is seeking a skilled residential construction professional ready to step up to a leadership role. This awesome opportunity is focused on complete renovations of senior living apartments and we are looking for motivated individuals to oversee these projects from start to finish.

What You’ll Do- Travel to multiple states and client facilities, including Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, and Michigan
- Most travel is Monday–Friday, with weekends at home
- Oversee and manage job sites from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors and trades
- Communicate effectively with management, clients, and vendors via phone, email, and project tools
- Enforce and uphold all safety policies for associates and subcontractors
- Complete all required project documentation accurately and on time
- Lead with accountability and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and to standard
- Competitive starting pay with the potential to earn up to $100,000+ annually based on experience and performance

- Experience in residential construction and remodeling
- A valid driver’s license and ability to be covered under our company insurance
