Worship Director
Position Type: Part-Time (Hourly)
Position SummaryThe Worship Leader helps lead our church in meaningful worship.
ResponsibilitiesWorship Leadership (Approximately 10-15 Hours Weekly)
- Plan weekly worship services in collaboration with the Lead Pastor.
- Schedule and communicate with band members and vocalists.
- Lead and facilitate worship during Sunday services.
- Organize and distribute chord charts, arrangements, and service plans.
- Lead rehearsals as needed to prepare the team for Sunday.
- A growing and active relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Alignment with the mission and values of Home Road.
