Shared Services Operations Specialist

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for an Shared Services Operations Specialist position in Springfield, OH. • Works efficiently in client and company proprietary applications. Demonstrates solid technical knowledge and quality performance and meets behavioral expectations: attendance, teamwork, and organizational contributions.

• Follows standard procedural guidelines for performing/completing assigned tasks.
• Responsible for logging checks, processing checks, processing documents, working CLEAR queues, and placing out bound calls to insurance carriers as well as receiving inbound calls from insurance carriers.
• Provides assistance and back up as needed to meet client requirements and SLA’s.
• Researches items received via faxes, reports, tasks, correspondence, and refund/return checks.
• Makes appropriate telephone calls to resolve issue.
• Handles other duties/projects based on business needs; assignments may be made with short notice and last for an indefinite period of time.

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of relevant customer service based clerical work experience.
• Demonstrated computer skills, with experience using Microsoft Office software programs/Windows 365.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work overtime is required based on business needs.
• Ability to work under immediate supervision.

• Pay: $19.00 / Hr
• Contract Temp - 3 mos.
• ONSITE - Springfield, OH
• M-F 7 a.m.
