Required Skills and Responsibilities- Postoperative care for various vascular surgery cases.
- Performing emergency vascular surgeries.
- Handling consults and referrals from the Emergency Department and other hospital providers.
Epic EMR.
Facility DescriptionCommunity hospital environment.
Credentialing Information- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe

Less than 2 weeks, due to urgent need. - Temporary Privileges:
Available.
- Board Certification in Vascular Surgery (Required).
- Active Ohio Medical License (Required; no exceptions).
- ACLS Certification (Required).
- DEA Certification (Required).
- Clean background, no malpractice or licensing issues (Required).
- Availability for the specified dates (Required).
- ACLS Certification

- Valid Ohio Medical License.
