Licenses & Certifications

Required:

• Board Certified – Required
• BLS & ACLS Certification – Required
• DEA Registration – Required
• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience – Required
• Active Ohio Medical License – Preferred

Practice Details:

• Setting:
  Inpatient and Outpatient
• Patient Population:
  Adult
• Patient Mix: 70% Outpatient / 30% Inpatient
• Average Patient Volume: 12 patients per day
• EMR:

• Trauma Designation:

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Angioplasty
• Embolization
• Port catheter placement
• Biopsies
• Drainage procedures
• Ablation procedures
• Kyphoplasty

Assignment Highlights:

• On-site coverage only
• Intermittent scheduling with flexible dates
• Mix of clinic, hospital, and call coverage
• Average callback during call: 0–2 hours
