Overview
The Locate Trainer will direct and teach all in‑class and field training of specified curriculum to prepare new locating technicians for field training and all needed certifications. The Trainer works under the direct supervision of the Director of Training and with Operations to effectively meet the needs of new locating technicians and curriculum milestones. The trainer will work to improve the quality of continued development and is responsible for maintaining an organized classroom environment and all developmental reporting.
