Overview
SPN seeks motivated, passionate, committed individuals who can help us build community-led change, support resident leaders, build relationships with area providers and partner organizations, and innovate new ways of community development, leadership, investment, and engagement. Our programs respond to opportunity gaps in low income communities by providing coordinated opportunities arranged with and through multiple service providers, including educational, social, emotional, and physical activity experiences.
Springfield Promise Neighborhood’s work is based on the value that communities working together to respond directly to their needs will result in the longest lasting impact. We regularly recruit and employ residents to help develop resources, services, and programs that will benefit the community.
